Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

1.1 If you need to cancel your enrollment in an online live training program provided by Learn IT Solutions, you must notify us in writing at least [3] days before the scheduled start date of the training or before sharing training documents access.

1.2 Cancellations made within [4 to 5] days of the scheduled start date will result in a [25  to 50]% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

1.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 3 days or less before the scheduled start date of the training.

2. Rescheduling by Participant

2.1 If you need to reschedule your enrollment to a different date for the same training program, you must notify us in writing at least five days before the scheduled start date.

2.2 Rescheduling requests made within 7 days or its may effect on trainer free slots with in one month of the scheduled start date may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

2.3 Rescheduling requests made 7 days or less before the scheduled start date may not be accommodated.

3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Learn IT Solutions

3.1 Learn IT Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, technical issues, or other reasons.

3.2 In the event that Learn IT Solutions cancels a training session, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or enrollment in a rescheduled session, if available.

4. Technical Requirements

4.1 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical requirements, such as a stable internet connection, compatible hardware and software, and access to required platforms, to participate in the online live training.

5. Incomplete Participation

5.1 If a participant is unable to complete the training due to technical issues on their end, Learn IT Solutions is not obligated to provide a refund or reschedule the training.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 4 to 5 business days from the date of your cancellation request and will be issued using the original payment method.

7. Modifications to Policy

7.1 Learn IT Solutions reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
